Who are we?
Phil Doyle graduated in 1978 with first class honours in Mechanical Engineering from Aston University, he completed industrial training with GEC Traction and was initially employed by Capper-Neill International building sugar factories in Africa and petro-chemical plants in the Midde East. After joining British Nuclear Fuels he carried out a number of project management roles of increasing value and complexity.
Projects included the AGR Fuel Dismantling Facility, Windscale Vitrification Plant (WVP), Vitrified Product Store (VPS), Encapsulated Product Store 2 (EPS2), Oxide Fuels Complex (OFC) for Fuels Division, Springfields Research and Development Facilities, Advanced Mixed Waste Treatment Project (AMWTP) in Idaho for BNG America.

He was appointed to Senior Management in 2001 following successfully setting up the Engineering Asset support group for the High Level Waste Plants (HLWP) at Sellafield in this role he was responsible for delivering upto £50M pa of Capital and Revenue expenditure.
He moved to Sellafield to take up the position of Head of Near Term Work Planning and managed the delivery of the business plan that formed the basis of British Nuclear Group Sellafield Ltd. first £1BN pa contract with the Nuclear Decommissioning Authority (NDA).
Having set up his own consultancy he has worked on a variety of Projects across the UK and has provided Engineering and Project Management support to the Pebble Bed Modular Reactor Pilot Fuel Plant project working in the UK and in South Africa.
