Examples of previous work:

Having successfully managed the delivery of the Safety Case for the Pebble Bed Modular Reactor (PBMR) Pilot Fuel Plant to be built at Pelindaba in South Africa from the UK i was engaged by PBMR to assist the Engineering and Project teams in South Africa to deliver the Safety Case to the Regulator and complete the transition from design to procurement and construction including setting up their Project Management arrangements. The overseas assignment was extended three times at the request of the client.

Managed the delivery of the detailed 3yr Business Plan for a major plc. This involved co-ordinating the production of over 10,000 documents from over 70 Operating Units on 3 different sites. The plan formed the basis of a £1BN contract for the first years work.

Formed and led teams to deliver major capital projects up to £50M pa expenditure in high technology and highly regulated industry.

Formed and led an asset focussed engineering team to deliver a programme of improvement projects on high technology operating plants.

Led the implementation of Value Engineering for a major plc on their site in the North West of England.

Coordinated Business Planning improvements across; Finance, Commercial, Project Controls, Document Control, Operations and Maintenance teams for a £1BN p.a. UK Business.
